DataGene is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified candidates to join the DataGene Board as Non-Executive Directors.

As Australia’s industry-owned organisation driving genetic gain and herd improvement, DataGene is seeking experienced leaders to help shape the future of the Australian dairy industry through strong governance and strategic leadership.

Applications are invited for the following Director positions:

• Director – Applied Research, Development & Implementation
• Director – Milk Producer
• Director – Genetic Supply Chain

All three (3) positions are currently held by incumbent Directors, each of whom has indicated their intention to seek re-election.

We are seeking candidates with demonstrated experience in one or more of these specialist areas, together with:

• Strategic leadership and sound business judgement
• Board governance or executive leadership experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• An understanding of the Australian dairy industry and a commitment to its future
• Experience with innovation, data and technology will be highly regarded.
